Shipping Method:Our Default shipping system is United States Postal Service. Packages up to 13oz. are shipped First Class Mail. Items over 13 ounces are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Only in continental USA.
Tracking Numbers:Tracking Numbers are obtained for every shipped order. We email these tracking numbers to you upon shipping. Because we email the tracking numbers immediately upon shipping, USPS and/or UPS may not have these numbers entered in their systems at the time we send you the email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking numbers to be activated and working.
Incorrect Addresses: We simply use the address you entered into your order without any modification. In other words, we print the addresses on the package exact same way you entered. Therefore we expect that our customers know where to ship their goods, but we recognize that sometimes, you will make a mistake. In order to help you correct mistakes, we send you an email when your order is downloaded and approved. It shows the shipping address, and provides a link for you to correct that address. If the address you give us is incorrect or incomplete in any way, you should notify us of the mistake right away, so that we can use the correct address on the shipping label. If the item has already shipped, we cannot take responsibility for your error, and no refund or credit will be given. We will attempt to contact the unintended recipient, and make arrangements for delivery to your correct address, at your expense.
Delivery Times:You should receive your order within a week via USPS First Class Mail (up to 13 oz. packages) or Priority Mail (all items over 13 oz).
